What is Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR?)

"Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an  effective,  scientifically researched method for reducing physical and psychological  suffering while building resilience, balance, and peace of mind." -Mindfulness Center at Brown University

What are MBSR Classes Like?

MBSR consists of an orientation, 8 weekly 2.5 hour classes and one all-day class. Instruction includes meditation, mindful stretching, and interactive group exercises. MBSR classes are led by instructors who have received extensive training. For information about my training, click here.
