This practice was recorded live during the all-day silent retreat for my 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. Mindfulness meditation allows us to see the conditioning that underpins much of how we see ourselves and the world, and gives us freedom to make more intentional choices.
